Loe Pool (08.06.08)
Loe Pool is
situated
near Porthleven, between Helston and Praa Sands. The lake
(Loe
Pool) is part of the Penrose Estate and is separated from the sea at
Porthleven beach by a sand bar (Loe Bar). There are many
walks
around the Penrose Estate which take you around the lake and to Loe Bar
and out to the coast path. The Penrose Estate walks can be
accessed via a National Trust car park.
